ACMF Songwriting Competition Winners
Congratulations to all the songwriters who have won prizes and recognition awards in the Australian Children's Music Foundation National Songwiting competition.
Marking its eleventh year, the ACMF National Songwriting Competition is an annual, free competition open to all Primary and Secondary school children in Australia (reaching more than 11,000 schools). The ACMF received thousands of entries from around Australia once again this year, from students aged as young as 4 and up to 18 years old, which were judged by a cross section of industry professionals.
Our Songwriters from Montrose Primary School and Mount Evelyn Primary School have won 10 prizes and an amazing total of $4000 worth of musical equipment for themselves and their respective schools but most important is the personal development and experience all our songwriting students have gained through songwriting and competing in this national competition.
